Return Policy
At Mega Shopping, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and labels intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as intimate wear, undergarments, customized items, and clearance or "final sale" items, are not eligible for return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@megashopping.pk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the return and send a replacement or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Processing of Returns
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect the product. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item after the return has been inspected and approved.
Refund for Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., wrong or defective item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account or payment provider for the refund.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take time to post.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@megashopping.pk.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
