Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation along with a tracking number.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time within Pakistan is 15-20 business days. However, for certain regions or during high-demand periods, delivery may take a bit longer. Please note that these are estimated times, and while we strive to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges vary based on the destination and size of your order. These rates will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you finalize your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. However, for more remote or rural areas, delivery may take slightly longer. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact our customer service team for confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website or directly on the courier's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving your tracking number.

Delivery Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons. If your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery but you are not available, they will leave a notification and re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If you miss the second attempt, please contact the courier service to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier service. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items, such as hazardous materials or oversized items, may be subject to additional shipping restrictions. If an item in your order falls under these categories, we will notify you at the time of purchase.
